• Identification data: email address and password (hashed with BCrypt) — shared with your digital3d.com account
• Financial data: transactions, positions, staking rewards, and CFD trades that you voluntarily enter
• Technical data: display preferences (theme, language), login sessions

No banking data, card numbers, or tax identification numbers are collected.

Your data is processed exclusively for:

• Allowing you to track your investments and calculate capital gains
• Generating tax reports (PDF, CSV) at your request

• Frankfurter / ECB: EUR/USD exchange rates (public data, no personal data transmitted)
• Binance API: cryptocurrency prices (public data, no personal data transmitted)

No personal data is shared with these services.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 15): obtain a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification (Art. 16): correct any inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of your account and all your data

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your personal and financial data will be permanently erased within 30 days. Anonymized audit logs may be retained for up to 12 months for security purposes.
